error 02 Brake handle failure.

Under the state of turning on the display, unplug the red connector of the left and right power-off sensors in turn to test.

You can refer to the video test.

Detection video

If after unplugging the red connector of the left brake sensor, err 02 disappears and the display returns to normal, it means that the left brake sensor is faulty and the left brake sensor needs to be replaced.

If after unplugging the right brake sensor connector, err 02 disappears and the display returns to normal, then the right brake sensor is faulty and needs to be replaced.

error 08 Motor Hall Failure.

Check the rear wheel motor wires for looseness, breakage, etc. and test by re-plugging the connector that connects the motor to the controller. If the motor cable is intact and the connector to the controller is correctly connected, and error 08 is still displayed, the motor may have an internal hall fault, and the motor will need to be replaced to test.

Display cannot be switched on.

If the bike display can no longer be switched on

1, check if the battery can be switched on properly and if the button green light of the battery is on.

2, Check if the power cord plug behind the battery is properly plugged in.
3, Check if the connector at the front of the display is loose. If all the above connectors are plugged in correctly and the display still does not turn on, please fold the bike up again and check if the connector in the folded position is loose. You may pull out the cable inside the frame to check.

Refer to the video for inspection: video

If the display still doesn't turn on even though all the connectors are not loose, you need to replace the display with a new one for testing.
