How much does the battery cost, if I need to buy it in advance or if the battery doesn't work?

If the battery goes dead within the 1-year warranty, we can provide you with a replacement for free. If it is outside of warranty, you can still purchase the battery from us by contacting [email protected]. The battery of the different e-bikes varies and is about 200~400 euros, the price is floating and depends on market conditions and exchange rate changes. Please consult our support team to purchase. Due to limited stock, priority will be given to customers with battery problems during the warranty period.
