How to solve the problem that the APP can not be connected?

Open the APP settings and find out whether the APP has been upgraded to the latest version. If not, uninstall the old version first and download the new version.
If you still can’t connect, clear the Bluetooth records in the mobile phone settings, clear the connected devices in the APP device management, then exit the APP, restart the meter, and then reconnect to the APP.
 
Note: When reconnecting to the APP, a pairing window between Bluetooth and APP may appear, and you need to click to confirm the pairing
