Once the original purchaser orders and receives the product from our online store, the warranty is automatically registered and applies only to the original purchaser.

Warranty Conditions
1. We always replace parts instead of repairing them to minimize your waiting time.
2. Warranty service applies regardless of whether you purchase from our official website, authorized dealers, or our official partner online platforms.
3. Parts that meet the warranty conditions described on this page are fully covered free of charge.
4. Out-of-warranty parts can still be repaired/replaced, but a fee will apply. For more detailed information on fees, please contact support@adoebike.com.
5. Incidental costs during repairs, such as alternative transportation, fuel, or ridesharing, are not covered by the warranty.

2. Personal Support: A dedicated support representative will handle all your inquiries and provide you with personalized assistance.
3. This service is available at any time, regardless of warranty status. (Note: After the warranty period expires, you will be responsible for the cost of replacement parts.)
What is covered by the warranty?
All conditions must be met simultaneously:
1. The product must have been purchased from an official ADO store or an authorized dealer. Products purchased secondhand or from unauthorized sellers are excluded from the warranty.
2. The product/component must be within the warranty period.
3. Manufacturing defects and inherent product issues, such as material defects, are covered by the warranty.
What is not covered by the warranty?
1. Defective consumable or wear parts, including:
- Brake pads, plastic parts, spokes, rims, brake cables, and surface scratches.
2. Damaged cables or accessories with visible scratches or breakage.
3. Malfunctions caused by improper use, such as:
- Failure to follow the instruction manual for use, maintenance, or adjustment.
- Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.
- Improper use or storage.
4. Accidental damage.
5. Minor scratches or damage to accessories during transport.
6. Repair costs at unauthorized workshops are not covered.
How to claim your warranty:

Please include the following information: order number, email address, and shipping address, photos or videos of the problem, and a brief description of the problem.
3. After the support team has reviewed your warranty claim, we will provide replacement parts and/or installation and adjustment instructions if needed.
Important note: Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and are not covered by the warranty.
Products purchased through other stores or platforms than our official website
Customers who purchase from our authorized dealers are entitled to the same warranty service, but must process it through the dealer. For warranty service, please contact the platform or dealer where you purchased the product.
