Can I change my order? or cancel it?

Change:
    If you’d like to change the order you have placed, please contact our customer support via official@adoebike.com as soon as possible. If the order is not yet ‘Shipped’, change is still possible. But be aware that our customer support team will help you change the order within 24 hours after receiving your email, but it can happen that your order has been shipped while your request is being processed.
 
Cancellation:
    If the order status is not yet "Shipped”, please contact ADO at official@adoebike.com as well. Our customer support team will help you cancel the order within 24 hours of receiving your email. But please be aware that your order might have been shipped while your request is being processed, then cancellation cannot proceed, and a normal Return Policy will apply. Cancellation is not possible if the status has been “shipped”. For these orders, a normal Return Policy will also apply.
